Required Identification for Flying
You will need a valid passport for your flight. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months past your travel dates. Example: If you are traveling in January 2019, your passport should be valid through at least July 2019.
Loyalty Desk + SSG
While at your resort, be sure to stop by the loyal desk to inquire about deals to book your next vacation while on property. If you decide to book another trip, please provide me the details of your new reservation immediately upon your return home, so I can continue to be of service to you.

Please keep in mind that some restaurants on property will have a dress code. For a fancy night out, be sure to pack a nice outfit for dinner. For ladies, dresses or pantsuits. For me, khaki or black slacks and a nice shirt.
Sandals has a strict no tipping policy for all staff members (excluding spa & butlers). If you have a spa appointment, a 20% tip is customary. If you are in a butler room, traditionally guests tip $15-20 per butler per day. However, tipping is always up to the guests’ discretion.
Excursions & Spa

If you are staying in a butler category suite, you can set your butler preferences ahead of time directly through me by completing the attached form.
Resort restaurant reservations can be made upon check-in at the resort. Reservations prior to check-in are not available.
The Sandals App + The Loop
Download the Sandals/Beaches App in the App Store. While on resort, you can view the resort map, book spa appointments (if available), and contact the resort if needed.
Via the Loop “How are we doing?” within the app, you can contact the resort’s management should any issues arise, or if you would like to give a shout-out to an exemplary staff member.
